Room control unit
We finished a project for a hotel customer in which we were responsible for supplying, programming, testing, and commissioning Room Control Units.
As part of this project, a variety of Room Control Units, in addition to switches and sockets, had to be supplied and installed in order to enable automatic control of a number of different hotel guest services. Our team ensured that the system was built and installed to fit the client’s specific requirements by collaborating closely with them throughout the process.
In addition, we were responsible for the delivery and installation of a variety of switches and plugs, which were installed so that the automated system could be controlled.
After that, we tested the system to confirm that it was functioning appropriately and then programmed the Room Control Units according to the exact requirements provided by the client. In the end, we completed the commissioning of the system and sent the customer comprehensive documentation as well as training materials to assure the system would be successfully used.
Throughout the entirety of the project, our group was dedicated to not only providing the greatest possible level of service to the client but also ensuring that the client was satisfied with the end outcome.
